A Special Announcement from The Matthew Lawrence Perna Foundation

We are incredibly proud and grateful to announce that we have raised enough money to provide a fully trained medical service dog to a veteran in need. Somewhere, there is a veteran who has sacrificed for our country, who faces medical challenges every single day, and whose life could be profoundly changed by a specially trained service dog. Yet, for that veteran, the financial cost of obtaining one may make that hope seem impossible. We want to change that for one deserving veteran.

In Matthew's memory, we have the opportunity to give someone more than assistance with their medical needs. We have the opportunity to help restore a sense of independence, security, dignity, and hope. If you are a veteran who medically needs a trained service dog but simply cannot afford one, we would love for you to apply. And to everyone who has supported our foundation, thank you.
